San Fernando Valley Historical Society
The San Fernando Valley Historical Society is dedicated to the preservation and interpretation of the Valley’s history. The Society was founded in 1954 and is one of the oldest historical societies in Southern California. The Society operates a museum, library, and archive which are open to the public. The Society also sponsors programs and events throughout the year.
Brand Park Memory Garden

Ararat-Eskijian Museum
The Ararat-Eskijian Museum is a museum dedicated to the history and culture of Armenian Americans. The museum is located in Glendale, California.
The museum was founded in 2008 by Dr. Garig Eskijian. The museum’s collection includes artifacts, documents, and photographs that relate to the Armenian American experience.

Andres Pico Adobe Park
Rómulo Pico Adobe, also known as Ranchito Rómulo and Andrés Pico Adobe, was built in 1834 and is the oldest residence in the San Fernando Valley, making it the second oldest residence in Los Angeles. Built and owned by the Pico family of California, a prominent Californio family, the adobe is located in the Mission Hills section of the city and is a short distance from the San Fernando Mission. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1966.

Convento Building
The Convento Building, known for its iconic arched portico or colonnade, was built between 1808 and 1822 and is the only original building remaining at the Mission San Fernando Rey de España in the Mission Hills section of San Fernando Valley in California, United States. It was also the largest adobe building in California and the largest original building at any of the California missions.

Bishop Alemany High School
Bishop Alemany High School is a co-educational Catholic high school located in Mission Hills, California. The school was founded in 1947 by the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word and is named after Archbishop Agustín Vicente y Peña y Alemán, the first Archbishop of San Antonio, Texas.
