Glenridge Tennis Club is a private country club with an excellent tennis program. It is located in Bel Air, a neighborhood of Los Angeles. It offers four Har-Tru tennis courts and one hard court. It also has a full calendar of tournaments and clinics for members of all levels.
The pro shop at the club is stocked with all of the latest tennis wear, rackets and accessories for men and women. It features the best in brand names including Tail, Lucky in Love, Bolle, Sofi Bella, Gamma, Wilson, Jo-Fit, Fila, K-SWISS and more. It offers a full array of accessories, and is staffed with professionals who offer stringing and repair services for your equipment.
There are also several exhibitions and USTA leagues that are scheduled year round. The pro shop staff is a very helpful and friendly group of people who can help you get the most out of your time at the club.
It is a great place to play and socialize with friends. The facilities are pristine and clean, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. They also have a ball machine, which is very useful for people who don’t have a partner to play with.
Besides playing tennis, you can take advantage of the Club’s indoor racquetball and pickleball courts. The racquetball and pickleball programs are staffed by professional instructors who provide lessons for all ages. They also have a team that competes in local and national events.
A supervised children’s play room is available from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. It is located in the main club house. It is free for members and $4.00 per child for non-members.
The racquetball courts are glassed-in so that members can view the action. There is also a pleasant lounge area where members can relax before and after their game.
